1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility
456jl is available only to persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. You confirm that you meet these criteria each time you log in and use the platform.
Age Requirement – Strictly 18+
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 456jl. This requirement applies without exception. Providing false information about your age to open or maintain a 456jl account is a serious violation of these terms and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities.
You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing 456jl. It is your responsibility to determine whether playing at 456jl is legal in your jurisdiction.
You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other gaming authority.
You are not acting on behalf of a third party when placing bets or making transactions at 456jl.
You are not employed by 456jl, any of its affiliated companies, or any game provider whose titles appear in the 456jl lobby.
3 Account Registration
Each player may hold exactly one 456jl account. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same identity or different names – is a violation of these terms. If 456jl identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts may be suspended and any bonus funds or winnings derived from promotional play may be forfeited.
When registering your 456jl account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 456jl will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where those losses result from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password.

456jl may at any time request identity verification documents including a government-issued ID, proof of address, or source of funds documentation. This may be required before processing a withdrawal, responding to a bonus claim, or as part of ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. Account access may be restricted until verification is completed.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
456jl supports deposits and withdrawals through Philippine-friendly payment channels including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 456jl account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
- GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed quickly after approval, typically within minutes.
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
- 456jl does not charge withdrawal processing fees, but your payment provider's own charges may apply.
- Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. 456jl will notify the player if additional documentation is required.
- Funds deposited at 456jl must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent payment processing abuse.
456jl reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawal requests over certain thresholds. This is a regulatory compliance requirement under PAGCOR rules and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Players who complete verification promptly will experience no unnecessary delays in receiving their funds.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
456jl offers bonuses and promotional credits to qualifying players from time to time. Each promotion has specific terms attached to it, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, valid game categories, minimum odds restrictions where applicable, and expiry dates. All bonus-specific terms will be communicated clearly at the point of promotion.
Bonuses at 456jl are available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times through multiple accounts is a violation of these terms.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be wagered before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Some games contribute differently to wagering requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage. This will be stated in each promotion's terms.
Bonuses that have not been used or that have not met wagering requirements within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance.
456jl reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus and begun wagering toward its requirements will be unaffected by subsequent changes to that specific promotion.
Bonus Abuse
456jl monitors bonus usage for patterns that indicate abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet requirements with minimal risk, identical wagering patterns across multiple accounts, and coordinated bonus extraction. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 456jl may void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account.
6 Gameplay Rules
All games available on the 456jl platform operate according to the rules of the relevant game provider. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.
Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for digital games, and by physical game elements in live dealer games. All RNG systems used by 456jl's game providers are independently audited and certified.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, bets placed during the affected round will be void and stakes returned. 456jl will not be liable for consequential losses arising from game interruptions due to technical issues outside the platform's control.
456jl's published RTP (Return to Player) figures reflect the certified rates provided by game developers for their certified product builds. 456jl does not operate lower-RTP regional versions of games.
The use of automated betting tools, bots, scripted inputs, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
7 Sports and Esports Betting Rules
Sports and esports betting at 456jl is subject to the following rules in addition to the general Terms and Conditions. These rules cover all betting markets available on the platform including football, boxing, esports, and any other sporting event for which 456jl offers wagering.
All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets cannot be amended after confirmation except through the cash-out feature where available.
If an event is postponed and not played within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned, unless specifically stated otherwise in the event's market rules.
For boxing bets, a fight declared a No Contest after it has started will result in void bets and stake returns on the fight winner market. Markets related to rounds that were completed before the No Contest declaration will settle normally.
456jl reserves the right to suspend betting markets, limit individual bet amounts, or void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, unusual betting patterns, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
For esports events, disconnections and technical issues experienced by players or teams during a match do not invalidate bets already placed, unless the event is officially cancelled or abandoned by the organiser.
Accumulator bets require all selections to win for a payout. If one or more selections are void, the accumulator is recalculated excluding the void leg, which has no effect on the remaining legs.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 456jl platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, their funds withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant authorities.
Strictly Prohibited Activities
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Creating or operating more than one 456jl account.
- Using a 456jl account on behalf of another person.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the 456jl platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer or live dealer games.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, access, or modify any part of the 456jl platform's underlying code or systems.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of 456jl's staff or other players on the platform.
9 Account Suspension and Closure
456jl reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe, or at the player's own request.
Where an account is suspended due to a suspected violation, 456jl will investigate the matter before taking final action. Verified balances will be returned to the player after investigation if no violation is confirmed.
Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting 456jl customer support. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests will be processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not connected to the prohibited activity may be returned at 456jl's discretion after investigation.
10 Privacy and Data Protection
456jl collects and processes personal data from registered players as described in the Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy. By registering at 456jl, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as set out in that policy.
456jl will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
456jl may share your data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities when required to do so by law or regulation.
All data stored by 456jl is protected with industry-standard encryption and security protocols. 456jl undergoes regular security audits to maintain the integrity of its data protection systems.
11 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability
456jl's liability to any player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time a claim arises. 456jl will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including lost profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.
456jl does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may affect availability. 456jl will not compensate players for losses arising from periods of unavailability where those periods are caused by factors outside 456jl's direct control.
Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that past performance does not indicate future results in any game or betting market offered by 456jl.
456jl is not responsible for taxes that may be payable by players on their winnings. Players are responsible for determining and fulfilling any applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
13 Changes to Terms and Conditions
456jl may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, 456jl will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, where possible. Minor updates for clarity or to reflect regulatory changes may take effect immediately.
The effective date shown at the top of this page indicates when the current version of these terms was last updated.
If you disagree with any changes to the Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the 456jl platform and contact support to close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the 456jl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms available through PAGCOR.
456jl complies with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), and the relevant provisions of the PAGCOR Charter. Players agree to use the 456jl platform in compliance with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
